Aníbal Carmona

Former Owner, Chairman and CEO of Unitech · Founder of Kairosia · Strategic Advisor to Unitech

Four decades building and leading an international software company. Today I work very selectively with a small number of CEOs, boards of directors and investors, bringing independent executive judgment to decide where to invest, what to transform and what is better left behind in the face of the disruption of artificial intelligence.

Areas of collaboration
A
Companies and business groups
Reinvent the business with executive judgment.
I help CEOs and boards decide where AI improves revenue and competitiveness, what to prioritize and what to stop before it consumes more resources.
B
Software companies
Reinvent the company before the market does.
I review product, revenue model, organization and competitive advantage against an industry in accelerated reinvention.
C
Chambers and institutions
Turn disruption into an agenda for sector-wide reinvention.
I design programs so chambers, associations and clusters translate AI's impact into a sector and business roadmap.
Independence and boundaries
Commercial independence
I do not sell software, licenses or implementation services.
No cross incentives
I recommend what I consider best for the organization, not more technology than necessary.
Beside the decision
I work with the CEO, the board or the fund. I do not replace the executive team or manage day-to-day operations.
Professional exclusion
I do not provide commercial services in areas linked to government, justice or security.
My commitment is to bring the best possible judgment so that each organization makes its own decisions with greater clarity, independence and perspective.
